Dr. Denise Bailey Clark is a proactive HR leader and Leadership Coach with 35 years of experience and has managed all aspects of full-service human resources departments.

Dr. Clark has held several executive positions in human resources and diversity, including Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at the American Nurses Association, Director of Human Resources Standards for the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and Director of Human Resources at PhRMA. Additionally, she serves as an Expert Witness for law firms on HR and DEI-related cases.

Dr. Clark earned a Doctor of Management (DM) degree from the University of Maryland University College, a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Development from Bowie State University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Towson University. She is a certified mediator trained at George Mason University/Virginia Mediation Services, a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through HRCI, and a certified Associate Coach by CoachDiversity and BetterUp Coaching. Dr. Bailey Clark is also a certified hypnotherapist.

Major L. Clark, III

Major has extensive experience as an executive in corporate and government organizations. Currently, he is the Deputy Chief Counsel for the Office of Advocacy where he manages procurement and government contracting issues, including regulations related to the HUBZone, 8(a), Small Business Innovation Research, and Minority Enterprise Development program cyber security and international trade.

Susan E. Bounds

Program Management Consultant

Susan Bounds is a Program Management Consultant with over 20 years of diverse professional experience. She started her career as a software developer for the Department of Defense satellite communications systems and transitioned to serve as an assessor for the Software Engineer Institute Capability Maturity Model. She later served as a Project manager of a large multi-state contract for Department of Defense.
